It offers B.Sc. (H) in mathematics. Those pursuing the course can look forward for development of their logical ability and analytic skills. The semester based syllabus provides a comprehensive survey of areas like Calculus, Algebra, Analysis mathematical Modeling using differential equations, mathematical programming and Statistics. The course includes mathematical practicals based on modern software like Mathematica, Mat Lab etc. Possible options post achievement of this degree includes masters in computer Application, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Statistics and operational research apart from seeking employment in the banking and insurance sectors and the Civil & Statistical services.
